Dear Friends, Clients and Colleagues, Mercer County Freeholders adopted a County Ordinance on March 9, 2010 approving the creation of Mercer County's Homelessness Trust Fund, pursuant to recent enabling legislation signed into law last fall on the State level. Effective July 1, 2010, all documents being recorded in the land records of Mercer County by the Mercer County Clerk's Office will be charged an additional $3.00 per document to provide funding to aid and assist Mercer County's Homeless population.
